Rental
Rules

21+ with a valid driver's license to be able to rent/drive.

Complete and sign all rental agreements.

Return rental at or before the agreed upon time.

Complete all pre and post trip inspections.

We recommend wearing a helmet but we do not require it. (you must bring your own)

Passengers under 12 must have a driver 25 or older.

Pets may ride at their and your own risk. (These seats are not designed for pets, so you are responsible for your pets safety and any damage they cause)

No Alcohol or Drug Use is permitted during the rental period.
While in Vehicle
-
Wear appropriate safety equipment such as seat belts.

Make sure children are safely buckled in.

Keep doors closed while vehicle is moving.

Only one passenger per seat

Passengers must be in a seat not on any other part of vehicle.

Do not drive in water deeper than the vehicles floorboard.

Never operate vehicle beyond your skill level.

Avoid traversing (going sideways) on hills to lower the risk of a roll-over, the best approach for hills is straight up or down.

Do not tow with your rental or let the rental be towed, if stuck or if the vehicle is inoperable please notify Kc Offroad Rentals
